PS5 prices at Joe Station today

Prices update automatically. Every PS5 Slim bundle includes two original DualSense controllers, the original box with the matching serial number, original HDMI, USB-C and power cables, and 16 games.

New or used?

  • New: the most expensive option, sealed, with the seller's warranty.
  • Used from a private seller: can be cheap, but the condition, controllers and software are your risk.
  • Hand-picked used from a shop like Joe Station: lightly used consoles in like-new condition, complete with box and accessories, and you test before paying.
  • A lightly used PS5 performs exactly like a new one. The difference is condition, warranty and what comes in the box.

PS5 Slim CD or Digital?

  • PS5 Slim CD (Disc Edition) plays game discs, so you can buy, sell and trade used games.
  • PS5 Slim Digital has no disc drive; every game comes from PlayStation Store. It costs less.
  • Performance, graphics and storage (1TB) are the same on both.

What to check before you pay

  1. 01

    Serial number

Settings → System → System Software → Console Information. It should match the serial on the box.

  2. 02

    Opening marks

Scratched screws or loose covers mean the console has been opened.

  3. 03

    Controllers

Test every button, the triggers and vibration. If the camera moves on its own, the stick drifts.

  4. 04

    Software and online

Connect to the internet and open PlayStation Store. Jailbroken consoles usually sit on old system software and can't update.

  5. 05

    Heat and disc drive

Play for ten minutes and listen to the fan. On the CD edition, make sure it reads a game disc.
